改革开放近30年来,中国宏观经济和微观经济的整体结构在不断转型中已经发生了革命性的变化,这从中国经济的核心驱动因素和中国企业高层管理者相关背景的双重演变中可以看到上述变化的趋势。在上个世纪80年代,公司管理层多出身于生产制造领域,当时面临的主要问题是在卖方市场中如何提高生产效率;到了上世纪90年代中期买方经济形成之后,公司管理层多出身于营销领域,当时面临的主要问题是如何在过剩经济下销售更多的产品;而目前在中国金融市场行将全面开放之际,越来越多的公司高层管理者都拥有丰富的资本运作经验,此时面临的主要问题也是如何为投资人创造更多的价值。从这个意义上说,“资本”作为阿基米德式的企业支点在中国经济中发挥着日益重要的作用,并正在成为决定性力量。本次《首席财务官》杂志社联合国内外专业机构共同举办的“2006年度中国杰出CFO”评选,把目光聚焦于CFO如何更有效地推进企业与资本的对接,其基于战略眼光的资本运作如何为企业带来价值。日前揭晓的10位“2006年度中国杰出CFO”,分别用自己独特的“财技”演绎着一场规模盛大的中国“资本秀”。

After enacting the Open Door Policy for 30 years,with the constantly transformation, China's economy structure has already changed completely.Nowadays,China's capi- tal market is confronting a wholly opened times,more and more companys' finan- cial supervisors have rich experience in capital operations.The key challenge they face is how to make more value for their investors. From this point of view,capital,as the supporting point,are growing into crucial element of enterprises' profit-making. CFO World,together with professional institutions home and abroad,held China 2006 Top CFO Award successfully on March the 27th,2007.This award cares that by what ways CFOs build a connection between enter- prises and capital market and how CFOs can create value for their enterprises via capital operations.
