等离子体是物质的四个基本形态之一,近年来被广泛应用于能源、材料以及国防等方面。介绍了利用微波诊断等离子体的几种常用方法,即微波干涉法、微波反射法、微波辐射法、微波散射法、微波吸收法以及微波透射法。文中详细介绍了微波干涉法、微波反射法、微波辐射法以及微波散射法的原理、特点和国内外研究现状。
As one of the four basic forms of substance, plasma has been widely used in the areas of energy sources, material, and national defence. Some common methods of plasma diagnosis are described in this article, such as microwave interferometry, microwave reflection, microwave radiation, microwave scattering, microwave absorbing and microwave transmission. This paper introduces theories, properties, international research statuses of microwave interferometry, microwave reflection, microwave radiation and microwave scattering in detail.
