动脉粥样硬化模型小鼠血脂与血清胆红素关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂与血清胆红素之间的关系。方法选取12月龄雄性动脉粥样硬化小鼠及同龄同性别正常对照C57BL/6J小鼠,分别测定血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B水平、血清总胆红素、直接胆红素。结果动脉粥样硬化小鼠胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B水平与同龄同性别的C57BL/6J小鼠相比极显著升高(P<0.01);动脉粥样硬化小鼠直接胆红素水平与C57BL/6J小鼠相比极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂与血清胆红素相关。 Objective To delve into the relationship of blood-lipid to serum bilirubin in ApoE gene-knockout mice. Methods Male ApoE gene-knockout mice of twelve-month-old were selected in this study, and male C57BL/6J mice of twelve-month-old were used as controls. The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, ApoB, T-BIL, and D-BIL in serum were determined in these mice. Results The serum levels of TG TC, LDL-C, ApoB in ApoE gene-knockout mice were significantly higher than those in C57BL/6J mice ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the serum level of D-BIL in ApoE gene-knockout mice was significantly lower than that in C57BL/6J mice ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Blood-lipid of the mice with atherosclerosis was correlated with serum bilirubin.
