The enterprise of preschool education in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region had been developed rapidly during the War of Resistance Against Japan. The government, leaders and staff had paid humanism attention to preschool education in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. Although the preschool education in this region at that time just began with the properties of practice, people got gigantic achievement. The practice of humanism education has been inspiring us deeply.
