对渐增网高在排球普修课扣球技术教学中的实验研究

An Experimental Research of Increasing Volleyball Net Height Gradually to Teach of Smash Skill on Volleyball Course

本文通过对渐增网高的控制与变化,组成由易到难的教学序列,应用运动技能迁移的原理,有计划、有步骤地开展了扣球技术教学,丰富了现有的排球教学训练手段和方法。实验结果表明:运用渐增网高开展排球扣球技术的教学是切实可行的,教学效果较好。

The paper discusses how to enhance the difficulty sequence through controlling and changing the height of the volleyball net gradually in volleyball teaching, and how to apply athletic skill transfer principles into smash skill teaching. The experiment results reveal that it is feasible and effective to apply increasing the height of volleyball net to smash skill teaching, therefore enriching volleyball teaching measures and methodologies.
