摘要
腐败现象的滋生和蔓延,除体制因素外,还因为它获得了非廉文化因素持续、有力的心理支撑。当前,要切实加强廉政文化建设,坚决遏制和消除非廉文化思潮的影响,营造良好的反腐倡廉社会氛围。
The growth and spread of corruption result from not only the political mechanism but also the consistent and strong support of dirty-finger culture. Top priority should be given to strengthen the construction of clean-government culture, strongly put a stop to and eliminate the influence of dirty-finger culture and create a sound social atmosphere of anti-corruption and building a dean government.
