Analysis of the Ways to Promote Administration in Accordance with the Law

依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,其中心环节是依法行政。依法行政的核心是依宪治权,为此必须加强我国的宪政建设;依法行政的关键是依法治官,要使领导干部做到依法办事,依法决策,依法行使职权;依法行政的重点是依序行政,政府在行使行政权力的过程中应当严格遵循法律规定的,合理的程序;依法行政的基础是普法教育,需要形成违法必究、执法必严的氛围;依法行政的保障是实行有效监督,监督行政人员依法办事,维护国家法律制度。

Governing the country in accordance with the law is the fundamental strategy by which the Communist Party of China, leading the people, managing state affairs. The core of this strategy is administration in accordance with the law. At present, there are five ways to promote that administration： firstly, administering power in accordance with the constitution is the core; secondly, regulating government officials in accordance with power is the key; thirdly, administration in accordance with the order is the vital task; fourthly, universal education of the law is the basis;fifthly, effective supervision is the guarantee.
