摘要
旋流器中流体沿切向进入腔体,旋转产生离心力场或超重力场,可探索将旋流器用于强化热质传递方面。试验中采用一小型旋流器系统对二氧化碳进行了吸收的试验研究,测定和分析了气液相界面积及扩散时间,并计算了脱碳效率,对于旋流器在强化热质传递方面的应用具有一定的意义。
There is centrifugal force field (Higee) in hydrocyclone,so it is reasonable that it can be used to intensify heat and mass transfer. A system of hydrocyclone for CO2 absorber in experiment was researched,in this course,interface area,diffusion time and efficiency were computed and analyzed. There is, in a certain extent, significant for the application of hydrocyclone to heat and mass transfer.
