摘要
文章在分析合并高校在办学理念、校园文化难以融合的现实问题基础上,深刻探讨了工会在合并高校校园软环境建设中的作用,认为工会应在精神文明建设、道德文明建设、校园文化建设中充分发挥自己的潜在作用。
The author analyzes the difficulties to mix the different college developing spirits and campus culture. On this basis, it discusses the important function of the labor union in mingled college campus development. The author suggests that we should make full use of the labor union in intellectual civilization, morel civilization and campus cultural development.
