秉承奥林匹克精神 构建和谐文化

Promote Olympic Spirit and Build Harmonious Culture

文化是奥林匹克运动的灵魂,奥运会是全世界超种族、超文化、超等级、超地域的人类的巨型狂欢节,是当代世界规模最大的主题性国际文化活动,它是世界各民族文化艺术尽情展示、交融互惠的现实平台。中国传统文化中的“和合”、“和谐”的思想,是对奥林匹克精神的补充和丰富。文章在分析了奥林匹克精神与中国传统文化融合的基础上,结合党的十六届五中全会的精神,提出了抓住北京举办2008年“人文奥运”契机,在继承和借鉴中构建和谐文化。

Culture is the spirit of Olympic Games. Olympic Games is an ultra-nation, ultra-culture, ultra-class and ultra-region carnival of human beings, the largest international cultural activity of the world, and the realistic platform for the exhibition and communication of culture and art throughout the whole nations. The Chinese fine traditional idea of ＂unity harmony＂ is the supplement and enrichment of the Olympic spirit. Based on analyzing the melting of Olympic spirit and Chinese traditional culture, attaching to the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 16^th Central Committee, this essay suggests that we should seek the good opportunity of 2008＂Humane Olympic Games ＂held in Beijing and build harmonious culture amidst heritage and reference.
