The Increase of Wealth Not Equal to Happiness

财富仅仅是能够带来幸福的因素之一,人们是否幸福很大程度上取决于很多和绝对财富无关的因素。随着经济的发展,很多非物质的因素对幸福的影响就越来越大。因此,人们的社会生活幸福与否不能仅仅看财富增长与否。

Wealth is only one of the factors which can bring us happiness. Whether people enjoys happiness relies on many factors which have absolutely no connection with wealth. With the development of economy, lots of non-material factors influence happiness more and more. Therefore, whether people have enjoyed happiness in social life should be relied not on whether the wealth has been increased but on whether the subjective happiness feeling of the whole society has been increased.
