我国听证制度的发展与完善

On the Perfecting of the administrative hearing system in China

听证作为现代行政程序法的核心制度,在保障人权和监督政府行为方面有着非常重要的作用。听证制度在我国已经确立但还不够完善。应当进一步完善行政听证制度,使其规范化、法定化。

The hearing system as the key system of modern administrative law , have very important role in the aspect of ensuring human rights and supervisor government behavior. The administrative hearing system have established but been not enough to perfect still in our country. Should perfect administration further to hearing system , make it standardize and legal.
