公司是社会整体的一部分,其利益的取得与所在的社会密不可分。公司社会责任理论的提出对我国公司的健康发展具有很大的借鉴意义,本文通过分析公司社会责任的定义和理论依据,阐述公司社会责任的必要性,对我国公司的社会责任现状进行一定的法律思考,并在此基础上就强化我国公司的社会责任提出了的一些建议。
