摘要
数字图书馆建设是21世纪图书馆迎接网络时代的重要战略,这项工作关系着图书馆的生存与发展。本文着重论述建立数字图书馆的意义﹑数字图书馆的特征及数字图书馆建设中应当思考的几个问题。
