电子档案是近年来新兴的数字化信息记录形式,具有区别于纸质档案的明显优越性。因此,如何有效利用、管理电子档案也成为农业开发工作者面临的紧迫问题,本文提出了加强电子档案管理的有效措施和相关建议。
