摘要
应用透射电镜观察丘脑下部视上核的超微结构。发现大小神经元胞质内皆充满神经分泌粒及致密芯小泡,两者均见外排。颗粒可沿轴索微丝、微管顺轴浆流直达正中隆起。毛细血管内皮为穿孔隔膜型,外有胶原原纤维,缺少胶质膜,这与其它脑区血—脑屏障结构显然不同。突触为Ⅱ型非对称性。无髓串珠状神经分泌纤维充满于视上核。
UltrastructurefeatursofsupraopticneuroninratwasstudiedbyTEM.Numerousneurose-cretorygranules(NSG)ofvarioussizeandafewofdense-corevesiclescatteredthroughoutthecytoplasmaandthesegranulesappeartoexocytosisinclosetocytoplasmamembrane,respectively.TheNSGcarriedbyaxoplasmictransportalongmicrotubularandfilamentsofaxontomediateeminence,whereNSGcanbere-leasedinnerveswiling.Manygolgicomplexarangesurroundthemitochondriawithtubuleorlaminacrista.Mostsynapteswereaxondendriacontractofasymmetricwhichhaveroundclearvesiclesanddense-corevesi-cleinpresynapticelements.Fenestratedcapilarywithathindiaphragmandcontinuedunderliebasementlaminabutthegilamembranewereabsent.Thecorrectionofstructurecharacteristicwithfunctionwasdis-cussedinthearticle.
