摘要
在晾晒24h的苜蓿草渣中分别加入0、10、20g/kg的丙酸进行青贮。结果表明,添加丙酸能明显降低青贮料的pH值以及氨态氮、丁酸的含量和保存更多的蛋白质。在本次试验中,以20g/kg丙酸添加组的青贮效果最好。
Dregs extracting Leaf protein from alfalfa was wilted for 24 h and added with propionic acid 0 g/kg, 10 g/kg, 20 g/kg. Results showed that the addition of propionic acid clealy reduced pH, the content of NH3 - N and butyric acid, and conserved more CP. The group of 20 g/kg propionic acid had the best results.
