家畜主基因检测技术及其研究现状

摘要 主基因是指在染色体上占据一定区域的控制某一数量性状(或阈性状)的基因位点或基因簇(Gene Cluster),其检测与确定涉及到QTL定位、主基因效应分析等一系列问题。文章在对主基因的概念、检测方法以及牛、羊、猪各物种主基因和相关经济性状候选基因研究现状作了系统阐述的基础上,对其开发利用前景作了展望。 The major gene was gene locus or gene cluster which occupied invariably domain of chromosome and controlled certain quantitative character (or threshold character). The determination of the major gene referred to QTL location and analysis of major gene effectiveness and so on. In this article, we demonstrated the concept of the major gene, determined methods, and discussed the major gene of the cow.sheep.pig and correlated economic trait of candidate gene, development and perspective of the major gene.
