摘要
介绍了Foxboro公司的Connoisseur先进控制软件在环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置反应器单元控制系统上的应用。其理论依据就是利用伪随机二进制序列来建立过程动态模型技术和多变量预测控制技术。实践证明,应用该先进过程控制技术能够达到稳定生产,提高产量,降低能耗,进而提高经济效益的目的。
The application of the Connoisseur APC software which mainly uses the PRBS（pseudo random binary sequence）to establish the process model and uses of MPC（multi-variables predictive control）in the control system of EO/EG plant is introduced.It is proved that using of the advanced control system can make the producing process more steady ,and get more production and more profits with less energy consumption.
