摘要 MC9S12NE64是首个适合低端终端节点应用的单芯片以太网解决方案,其内置以太网的MAC层和PHY层,减少了使用外部器件的数量,降低了系统的开销。以MC9S12NE64为内核设计以太网射频识别卡读卡器,一方面通过控制射频识别模块与射频识别卡交换数据,一方面通过以太网接口将数据直接传送到网络上。 Embedded with MAC and PHY of Ethernet , MC9S12NE64 is the fist resolution of single chip for low cost endpoint application. It can reduce the number of chips and minimize the cost .A Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) read-write device with Ethernet Interface based on MC9S12NE64 is introduced in this paper. Data is exchanged between the Read-Write Device and RFID card from RFID module, then transferred to Ethernet through the Ethernet interface.
