International Comparison of Free Secondary Vocational Education Systems

文章通过对世界范围内中等职业教育免费制度的扫描，分析了各国中等职业教育在免费的时机、内容、对象、途径等方面的异同，总结了各国在实施免费中职教育方面的一些基本原则，并在此基础上进行了一定的思考。

After scanning the worldwide free secondary vocational education systems and comparing the differences among them,this paper analyzes some fundamental principles in some countries' implement of the systems and hopes to provide some helpful information for our vocational education system reform.
