国外有关教师创造力内隐理论的研究 被引量:6

摘要 教师创造力内隐理论是教师掌握并运用的关于创造力思想和观念的集合。它在对待学生的创造行为时会充当判断标准,对其进行研究有利于我们了解教师对于创造力的观念以及对待创造性儿童的态度,从而可以有针对性地对其加以引导,以有利于教育教学中创造力的培养。文章对国外有关教师创造力内隐理论的研究内容及进一步的研究方向进行了综述。
