本文介绍了LFY-25型织物强力机自动控制织物断裂拉伸时间的方法。对适用于这种方法的电气传动装置的调速范围和速度精度提出了要求。并给出了3000N试验机的步进电机驱动电源与微型计算机接口的硬件电路,软件编程算法及程序框图,该方法的原理可用于其它CRE、CRT型纺织专用试验机的技术改造。

The measures for controlling the breaking time on fabric strength. testing machine typeLFY-25 is introduced in this article. The demands on regulation region of electric transmis-sion system and the accuracy of speed control are put forward. The electric source for stepmotor of the 3000N testing machine and hardware electric circuit of micro-computer softwareprogram are also proposed by the author. The measures can be used for other CRE, CRTtesting machine.
