子癎前期患者血清及脐血sFLT-1水平变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 子癎前期(preeclampsia,PE)是妊娠期特发性疾病,其发病与胎盘之间存在着密切关系。胎盘缺血、缺氧,产生“某些因子”进入母体血循环,引起血管内皮细胞损伤,导致PE的发生。研究显示可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase 1,sFLT-1)与PE发病关系密切。本文观察了PE患者血清及脐血sFLT-1水平的变化,以探讨sFLT-1与PE发病的关系及其临床意义。
