大鼠延髓内脏带的化学神经解剖学 被引量:25

摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术(PAP法和ABC法),对儿茶酚胺类(以酪氨酸羟化酶-TH作标记物)、5-羟色胺、胆碱类(以胆碱乙酰化酶-ChAT作标记物)以及神经肽类(P物质、降钙素基因相关肽、神经降压素、胆囊收缩素、生长抑素和神经肽Y)等物质在SD大鼠延髓内脏带内的分布进行了观察。结果证明,上述物质均较集中地分布于延髓内脏带,即位于延髓中尾段(从闩尾侧1.0mm到闩吻侧0.8mm)的一条从背内侧至腹外侧宽约0.6~1.3mm的弧形带状区,表明延髓内脏带是一相对独立的机能结构区。 y using immunohistochemistry (PAP and ABC methods), the distribution of catecholamine (CA) represented by tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), serotonin(5 HT), acetylcholine (ACh) represented by choline acetyltransferase (ChAT), substance P(SP), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), neurotensin (NT), cholecyslokinin (CCK), somatostatin (SOM) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) immunoreactive structures of neurons were examined in medullary visceral zone (MVZ) of the SD rat. The results showed that the immunoreactive neuronal bodies, fibers and terminals are relatively densely distributed in MVZ, which is an arc zone from dorsomedial part to the ventrolateral part in the coronal section of middle and caudal medulla oblongata (from the level of 1.0mm caudal to the obex to 0.8mm rostal to the obex) with a width of 0.6 1.3 mm It is suggested that MVZ is a relatively independent functional structural area and the above mentioned substances are related to autonomic regulation.
