摘要 根据IMO(国际海事组织)公约要求,船舶驾驶员必须参加GMDSS(全球海上遇险与安全系统)专门培训,并通过国家海事局的考试获得其适任证书。GMDSS模拟器是其教学培训的最重要设施。基于VisualC#.Net开发工具,研制了网络型GMDSS模拟器。包括国际海事卫星通信系统B船站、C船站和F船站,以及地面通信系统,包括单边带电台、中频/高频/甚高频数字选择性呼叫等,共12种GMDSS设备的通信模拟。研究了网络通信终端IP、ID地址设置与管理、通信规则、通信流程及其控制、通信状态查询等。通过教学实践验证,该模拟器可以模拟“船对船”、“船对岸”的日常和遇险等通信功能,且具有仿真度高、系统稳定、界面友好、可扩展性强等优点。大大提高GMDSS实操训练的教学效果,并简化系统维护工作。 According to the requirements for the IMO (International Maritime Organization) pact, a deck officer has to join the special training of the GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) courses, and pass the examination of the National Maritime Bureau to get the eligibility certificate, The GMDSS simulator is the most important facilities in the teaching and training. A network distributed GMDSS simulator was exploited based on the platform of Visual C^#.Net. It covers not only the international maritime satellite communication systems including B, C and F ship station, but also the terrestrial radio communication systems including single side band station, MH/HF/VHF digital selective calling, amount to twelve kinds of the equipment. It was researched how to set up and manage the terminal IP and ID addresses, the communication rules, flows, controls, status inquiry etc. By the proof of teaching, the simulator can imitate the routine and the distress communication of the "ship to ship" and "'ship to shore" modes, and has many advantages, including high reality and stability, friendly interface, wide extensibility and so on. It greatly improves the effect of the practice and training in the GMDSS teaching, and simplifies the system maintenance.
