摘要 基于CFD技术,以一维束流理论的研究成果为参照,利用混合平面方法,同时采用标准k-ε模型及SIMPLEC算法,对全充液工况液力减速器内流场进行了数值模拟分析,得到了液力减速器的内流场压力、速度分布特性,在此基础上进行了制动力矩计算,其结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明采用CFD方法对液力减速器性能进行预测是可行的。 Based on CFD technology and referring to the beam fluid theory, the numerical simulation of internal single-phase turbulence flow in the hydraulic retarder was performed by the mixing planes method with using the standard k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm simultaneously. Through the numerical calculation and postprocessing, the internal characteristics of pressure and velocity distribution were analyzed. Comparing calculational braking torque results with the experimental results, it is indicated that predicting the performance of hydraulic retarder by the CFD simulation is accurate and practicable.
