疏港交通规划成功与否是港口生存和发展的重要环节,立足青岛前湾港疏港交通规划分析了动态疏港和静态疏港问题。分析结果认为动态疏港应从快速疏港和市内地面疏港2个层面展开;静态疏港即集装箱等货运车辆的停车问题可以利用集停车、住宿、加油、配货等功能于一体的停车场停放,也可采用路外带状和路内港湾式的停车方式。

The success of dredging port transportation planning is the key of port existence and development. The thesis analyzes the dynamic dredging port and static dredging port on the basis of Qingdao qianwan port.The result shows that dynamic dredging port should analyze the quick dredging port and ground dredging port and the static dredging port that is truck＇s parking can use synthesis parking or outside road parking and inside road parking.
