Practice and exploration on subject-based mode of teaching Chinese dietary therapy

摘要 中医食疗学具有综合化的特点。通过采用主题式的结构进行教学,同时配合引用“以学生为中心”的教学模式,培养拓宽学生的思维和自主学习能力,并多创造丰富的实践活动机会,通过各种途径,给学生自我发展的空间,这种教学模式基于学生自主学习、独立思考的培养,同时侧重于学生知识应用能力的培养。 Chinese dietary therapy is a comprehensive study which adopts a subject-based structure to arrange teaching activities accompanied by the student-centered teaching mode. The purpose is to train and broaden students' ability to think and learn on their own, and provide more opportunities for them to develop themselves in different practical work. This teaching mode is established on the basis of student self-learning and self-thinking. Meanwhile their knowledge applying ability is also developed.
