我国工程研究中心的建设目标与现状的差距是如何形成的

Contributing Factors for the Gap Between Defined ERC Roles and Its Status Quo

国家工程研究中心(简称ERC)计划在我国已实施十余年,研究发现,ERC的发展现状与建设目标存在一定的差距。这种差距的形成缘于计划目标本身的成果转化目标导向、政策内容欠缺,创新资源基础薄弱、发展模式不完善等问题,在对差距形成因素分析的基础上,提出了ERC进一步发展的建议。

Engineering Research Center（ERC） program in China is operating for its fifteenth year. Findings show that the gap can be seen between ERC Roles Defined at the beginning of this program and its Status Quo. Some Factors together work and contribute for this gap. They are the goals of technology diffusion oriented , shortcoming of policy desighn , weakness of innovation resources and its mode problem. Based on the analysis, some suggestions for the further development of ERC are made.
