摘要
以我国高新技术企业的研发人员为研究对象,提出在现有条件下,我国高新技术企业可考虑首先针对研发人员这类对高新技术企业影响深远的核心员工,设计和实施宽带薪酬,并全面接受和实施以外部公平性为核心的宽带薪酬设计模式。据此,提出了高新技术企业研发人员宽带薪酬的设计步骤以及在此基础上的薪酬增长策略,并用算例及算例与国外案例的对比来加以说明。
On the basis of studying on the related papers, we took R&D employees in Chinese Hi-tech enterprises as a research object. We thought, under the existing condition, that R&D employees should be firstly motivated with the Broadband Salary because of their important role for a Hi-tech enterprise. And, a core principle named external equality should be fully accepted and operated during the salary design for them: Accordingly, we provided a design step and a salary increase strategy, and noted them with an example and a comparison between the example and a foreign case.
