摘要
为了摸清宝浪油田污水系统腐蚀的原因,开展该项试验研究工作。采用XRD分析、X射线衍射、电子探针和电化学试验方法,研究了该油田含油污水处理系统主要设备腐蚀产物、腐蚀形貌和腐蚀原因,并对腐蚀影响因素进行了试验研究。研究结果表明该油田污水处理系统中设备主要存在CO2腐蚀、O2腐蚀和SRB腐蚀,同时通过一系列试验证实:改变含油污水的pH值、温度和SRB含量等对污水的腐蚀性有不同程度的影响。通过本试验研究找出了该油田污水腐蚀主要原因及其影响因素,为该油田污水系统防腐蚀提供了参考。
In order to find out the cause of sewage system in Baolang Oilfield, developed the studies and experimentations. Adopted the methods of XRD analysis, X-ray analysin, Electronic probe and electrochemistry tests, studied corroded appearances , the corrosive and corrosion reasons, otherwise, studied its effect factors. The experimental results showed that CO2 corrosion,O2 corrosion and SRB corrosion consist in the equipments of the sewage system. It was showed by a series of experimentations that changed the pH, temperature, the amount of SRB would effect causticities of the sewage. By the experimentations found out the primary corrosion reasons and its effect factors, provided references to anti-corrosion of sewage system in the oilfield.
