How to Build Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship

师生关系是教学过程中最重要、最基本的人际关系。本文试对几种主要的师生关系论点作了简要分析,从教育学、心理学与社会学的不同角度分析了影响师生关系的因素,在此基础上揭示了构建和谐师生关系的三个重要条件:民主平等、相互尊重、教学相长。

Teacher- student relationship is the most important and basic in teaching process. In this paper, I try to analyze several main teacher- student relationship points of view. With the eye of education, psychology and sociology, I analyze the factors that influence the teacher - student relationship and explore how to build harmonious teacher - student relationship based on three important conditions： democracy and equality, respect and trust, which will benefit teachers and students alike
