并行工程是针对串行工程提出的一种新的工作模式．介绍了并行工程的含义、特点、关键技术及其实施步骤．
CE（Cocurrent engineering） is a new working mode which is presented in accordarce with the traditional method of designing. The paper introduces the meaning, characteristics, technique and implementary step of CE.
