农民市民化过程中的角色失范与角色转移障碍探析

在新农村建设政策以及城乡一体化运动的推动下,大量的农民从农村流向城市,市民化过程加快。在农民——市民的角色转变中,很多农民不能适应这一转变,导致角色失范与角色转移障碍。针对这一现象,文章进行了分析,并提出了一些对策。
