摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,用水热晶化法在乙二胺为碱性介质中合成了n(Si):n(Al)=50:1的Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并用浸渍法制备SO42-/Al-MCM-41。通过XRD、氮气吸附-脱附、Hammett指示剂胺滴定等方法对所合成样品进行表征。
The mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MCM-41 is synthesized under hydrothermal condition using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactants as template ,tetraetylorthosilicate (TEOS)as silicic ,sodium aluminate as aluminum source ,according to the ratio of Si:Al =50: 1.0. SO4^2-/Al-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves was obtained with sulfuric acid by infusing. Al-MCM-41 and SO4^2-/Al-MCM-41 are characterized by power X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption and Hammett measurements.
