摘要 本文采用无水乙醇浸泡提取制得浸膏,再将浸膏加水混悬后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,制得各种提取物。用柱层析、高效液相色谱等进行分离,得到两种单体化合物,经1HNMR鉴定并与文献对照,确定一种为xanthinosin,另一种为β—谷甾醇。 The Fructus Xanthii was dipped in ethanol and gained its soak ointment, then water was added in the soak ointment which extracted by petroleum ether, Ethylacetate and n-Butanol ,in turn some extractions of the soak ointment were used to separated by column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) methods and the structures two mono-compounds were identified by 'HNMR as xanthinosin and β-sitosterol.
