摘要
本实验对灵芝色素的提取方法及其稳定性进行了较为详细的研究,为开发和利用这种天然食用色素提供了实验依据。灵芝色素为水溶性和醇溶性天然食用色素,其性能稳定,耐酸、耐光、耐热、耐氧化,是一种安全无毒的天然色素。
This experiment studies the extraction and the property of the pigment of Chinese herbal medicine Ganoderma lucidum, and provides the basis for developing and utilizing the natural pigment. The pigment of Ganoderma lucidum can be solved in water and alcohol, and its is steady, and it is acid resistant, light resistant, heat-resistant, and oxidationproff. The pigment of Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of nonhazardous, nontoxic and naturalistic pigment.
