Interest is a mental tendency that people try to take up some activities actively and enthusiastically. So how to develop the learning interest of college students and improve the teaching effect have become the goal pursued by every teacher, through many years＇ study and research during the process of practical teaching of artistic gymnastics in college, a series of effective teaching methods is summed up. It aims at improving teaching standard and lay a solid foundation for the students＇ lifelong athletics.
