摘要
零售商的定位策略直接影响甚至决定着其经营的兴衰成败,零售定位应当遵循目标性、盈利性、可行性、前瞻性、统和性、灵活性的原则,根据现代都市生活方式的要求,现阶段主要零售业态中,百货店可选择奢华型、时尚型、生活型三种定位,购物中心可选择休闲娱乐型、主题购物型、生活邻里型三种定位。
Retailers localization strategy direct influence was even deciding its management prosperity and decline,success or failure, the retail sales localization must follow the some principle like the goal, the profit making, the feasibility, the foresightedness, the series and the nature, the flexible etc. According to the modem city life way request, in the present stage main retail trade condition, department store may choose, the fashion luxuriously, the living form three kind of localizations, the shopping center may choose the leisure entertainment, the subject shopping, the life neighborhood three kind of localizations.
