摘要
本文对新疆中学化学教师的基本情况、工作状况、继续教育状况及对继续教育的要求进行了全面的书面调查,通过对资料的统计分析,发现新疆中学化学教师继续教育的现状和问题。
The authors proposes their ideas on how to improve the actual effects of continuing education training under the new social background based on the problems of stimulating and awarding mechanism, training forms and contents presented by the survey focusing to work out the comprehensive qualities and the continuing education status of Xinjiang secondary school teachers in chemistry.
