摘要 小直径薄壁(ф8×0.8)铝管作为冷凝器中铜管的替代品,可以降低产品生产成本,然而铝合金材料的使用给焊接带来了困难。采用交流钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)工艺与设备,可以解决薄壁1060铝合金管的对焊问题。经试验研究推荐该薄壁铝管采用两道焊接:第一道使卷边熔敷金属熔化;第二道焊接形成合格焊缝。焊接电流分别为25A和50A,焊接速度为150 mm/min。焊接过程由可编程控制器程控。 The application of thin-wall aluminium alloy tubes with small-diameter in place of copper tubes could lower the cost of the condenser, however,it is difficult to join the aluminium materials. In order to solve this problem, the tungsten argon arc welding procedure and equipment were used for 1060 aluminium alloy thubes (φ8 × 8). Two-layer welding procedure was recommended. The deposited metal of flange could be melted in the first layer, the qualified weld joint could be formed in second layer. Welding procedure parameters were as follows: welding currents were 25 A, 50 A respectively; welding velocity was 150 mm/min; welding procedure could be controlled by programmable controller.
