Research Progress on the Pharmacokinetics of Creatine

摘要 现已发现肌酸进行跨膜转运需要相应的转运体(包括细胞膜运载体和线粒体运载体)是肌酸在体内分布的关键因素之一;肌酸的转运与转运体的数量及其表达、骨骼肌纤维的类型、Na+和Cl-浓度、激素、运动等多因素相关;肌酸在机体内代谢并分解为肌酸酐并且经肾脏排除体外;肌酸代谢动力学研究涉及到血药最大浓度(Cmax)和达到最大浓度的时间(Tmax)等动力学参数。 The result shows that it is known that there are two main kinds of Cr transporters (CrTs), one is plasmalemma CrT and the other is mitochondrial CrT which affects the distribution of Cr. Cr uptake across the plasma membrane by CrT relating to the quantity of CrT and its expression, different skeletal muscle fiber types, the of Na ^+ and Cl^-, hormone, exercises and so on. Cr is converted into creatiulne(Crn) that constantly diffuses out of the tissues into the blood and is excreted by the kidneys into the urine. Some researches on pharmacokinetics has examined the behaviors of Cr in blood, such as a concentration of maximal plasma (Cmax) and a time of maximal plasma (Tmax).
