摘要
依据人本主义学习观和教育理论关于“情绪调节”的研究成果,结合体育教学的特点,理论上设计了情绪调节教学法在体育教学中应用的实验方案,并进行了教学实验验证。结果显示情绪调节教学法能被体育教师开发很多有效的调节学生情绪的教学策略,能显著提高学生在体育活动中的好奇心、体育兴趣和愉快情感体验,并能调节控制学生在体育活动中产生的焦虑水平。
Based on the findings of emotion regulation of previous studies of humanistic views of learning and education theories and the characteristics of P.E. teaching, the author designed the experimental program of the physical teaching pattern of the emotion regulation in the teaching of P.E. and had an experimental test. The result of the research shows that the teaching pattern can be developed with many effective teaching methods. The teaching pattern can improve the students' curiosity and interests on sports and happiness and control the students' anxiety in the sports.
