For our country, strengthening the socialism constitutionalism construction benefits to the development of economy and the setting - up of harmonious society. The paper mainly summarizes the achievements of Chinese constitutionalism construction from the aspect of institution since the setting - up of the country, analyzes the problems in the process of construction, and predicts the tendency in the future.
