摘要
文章通过对大学女生在体育课中的学习动机、选择项目、厌学等心理特征的分析,阐述了兴趣在体育学习心理中的重要性,根据认知不协调理论,激发其上体育课的兴趣。
By the analysis on the psychological characteristics of the collegial girls and their learning motivation, their choices to the items and the leaning - weary mentality, the article explains the importance of the interest during the PE learning. And it also describes the means to encourage the collegial girls' interest to PE class on the basis of the Theory of Cognitive Dissonance.
