摘要
根据新生问卷调查,分析了大学新生的特性,提出了重视新生入学教育的内容安排和教育方式的多样性,强调学生工作者在大学新生教育中的作用.
On a questionnaire survey, the article analyzed the characteristics of the freshman, proposed that the content, the schedule and the muhiformity in the entrance education on freshman must be paid more attention to, and the role of the instructor in the freshman education should be emphasized.
