摘要
在超声波作用下,用甲醇浸提,从云南大花红景天中提取红景天苷和酪醇,以红景天苷和酪醇的转移率为评价指标,利用正交试验L16(45)筛选出最佳的提取条件为:提取温度65℃,提取时间15 min,90%甲醇或无水甲醇和1∶20料液比,按最佳提取条件,实验6次,红景天苷和酪醇的质量分数分别达到0.56 g/mg和0.15 g/mg,相对标准偏差为2.56%和3.52%.
Under the operation of the ultrasonic wave extraction , the salidroside and tyrosol from Rhodiola crenulata . S. H. Fu was extracted in the methanol. According to the output of extraction and the content of salidroside and tyrosol , the optimal extraction parameter was gained by the thogonal design L16 (4^5). The result respectively was 65 ℃ ,15 min,100% or 90% methanol and 1:20 materials. To test 6 times in term of the optimal parameter, the content of salidroside and tyrosol was 0.56 g/mg and 0.15 g/mg, meanwhile relative standard deviations of salidroside and tyrosol was respectively 2.56% and 3.52%.
