摘要
针对四通阀换向除霜方式的不足,提出了一种新型的除霜方式-显热除霜。深入分析了显热除霜的机理和作用过程,并进行了试验研究,试验表明采用显热除霜不仅具有良好的除霜效果,还可以较大程度缩短除霜时间,同时避免四通阀换向除霜给制冷系统带来的冲击,消除“奔油”现象。除霜过程中系统供热水温度波动在5℃以内。
A new defrosting method-sensible heat defrost was promoted to overcome some disadvantages of conventional four-way valve reversion defrost. Its principle and working process were analyzed, and experiments were carried out. Experimental results showed that sensible heat defrost not only had a favorable defrosting performance, but also shortened the defrosting time. Furthermore, it can void fluctuating working condition and solve the problem of large amount of oil rush out from compressor, which can be caused by using four-way valve reversion defrost. Also, in the defrosting process, the hot water temperature fluctuates was within 5℃.
