摘要
为比较自激振荡脉冲喷嘴和连续射流喷嘴的喷射性能,利用自行搭建的喷嘴性能测试装置对两种喷嘴的喷射性能进行了试验研究,实测了不同压力下两种喷嘴的时均喷液量,分析了不同口径的连续射流喷嘴和自激脉冲喷嘴的喷射特性,主要探讨了连续射流喷嘴、自激喷头下喷嘴直径对喷嘴喷液性能的影响,并进行了两种射流打击油泥样本的对比试验.试验结果表明,时均喷液特性相似的连续射流和脉冲射流在冲击油泥样本时,相同时间下脉冲射流的冲击破坏范围要大于连续射流,根据试验中油泥的屈服破坏过程,确定了射流有效打击力的临界值,建立射流清洗油泥时有效射程的经验估算式.
To compare the spurting characteristic of the self-excited oscillation pulse jet and solid jet, these two types of nozzle were tested by the spurting characteristic tester. Based on a detailed measurement for the jet flux of two types of nozzle under different pressure, the spurting characteristic of two types of jet is analyzed. Especially the effect of nozzle diameter on spurting characteristic of two types of jet is discussed. Making an contrastive experiment of the impingement on oil sludge by two types of jet, the results show that the breakage range by pulse jet impacting the oil sludge is obviously larger than by solid jet under the same conditions. Through observing the breakage process of oil sludge impinged by jet, the minimum effectual impingement power on oil sludge was tested and the formula to computer the effectual spurting range of jet was drawn.
